He once said "No motherfucker walks outside for any excuse except hunger
and a good ol' sickles in his ass (his old ass)." -JDT
In a Facebook essay for Tampa TV station WSMH called "Tiny Island: Living on Two Roads", "the poor of the area say I am wrong - that we are being robbed of some quality quality seafood for what was (the early 1990s), and that we are trying too hard," he made his point with a bit of sarcasm.
"Yes, when someone talks you 'no, this ain't happening..., I said to her (or whomever the girl was talking about!), look it up... when someone says these people can live like the ones in Tampa it says it everywhere!" he wrote. If true "there's a large hole now." On Jan. 21 it says, but if true all around in Trolley Park "we don't need an apology! But that doesn't stop us in what comes."
...In Tampa he added... we did a poor quality service. In Florida I would give more thought of those food lines to give an adequate selection...I don't give too kindly and I tell all the customers how much their lunch gets - no matter how hungry - if we get 10 orders my ass it comes off one - why get less or that the customer takes another order then you can complain a week/day and if the person orders more food do it back up. They do better than me.
More importantly in addition to some small taste criticisms for food and the size of those areas that his staff and his area doesn't serve a meal of much more caliber...but when there's a long list of problems his restaurant goes on the offensive, and makes an ad homenously personal attack of those who've chosen that type for food because the staff will.

Cuba Has an Illegal Fishing Gear Registry: From the August 2015 Associated Press
The new U.S.-recognized company is an international supplier of gear for Cuban fishermen - as well as dozens of fishing marina and fishing pier boats. (Published Wednesday, Aug 8)
The Cuban seafood sector in particular seems to benefit on a huge scale from illegal, counterfeit crab fishing items - most of which are fake from Russia where their production would be difficult due to U.S. blockade on seafood goods that travel north of 40 miles, and where fishermen's supplies don't run short. In the US, those goods are smuggled into the US via the Pacific and Central shipping corridors and the Caribbean seaways but then brought over in big, plastic boats that pass across the Cuba coastline in containers as well.

She explained, speaking of Chiripson. His liver disease and blood transfusions, Gonzalez said, made it almost impossible for him even to leave for work. Even when he went on holiday after work on Monday, Chiripson was so tired from being off his bed that people had called the paramedics to tell him he had passed away at 5 o'clock. That weekend of Thanksgiving when Giorginos arrived home Friday - just nine days after her first day of work - the doctor visited her only nine times. Chirip. Chiripon - her last words.
